On 18th January McDonald’s started a twitter campaign to promote the brand’s guarantee of fresh produce with the hashtags #MeetTheFarmers and #McDstories. The wholesomeness of the campaign’s intentions soon crashed and burnt as consumers started to supply their own #McDstories (and comments). We’re delighted to announce that our 2011 Tube Challenge held on the 9th November in aid of Sue Ryder Care was a great success. Bigwigs is a four month fundraising challenge which started on the 1st October and runs to 1st February 2012, the challenge was just part of our fundraising activity through which we aim to raise £15,000.
