We operate in a world driven by the need to communicate effectively. At Purple Frog, our single-minded aim is to create effective communications for and, more importantly, with our clients. Without this the partnership is less able to create client communication that delivers required results and achieves the greatest return on investment.
To aid best practice, we have developed our own bespoke client project management system. Our developers have been able to plan, test and build the system live in our environment and to meet our needs exactly. In addition, we are able to carry out further developments as we evolve our business and meet new client challenges.
The system manages every stage of a project from initial client contact, through estimating, scheduling, time recording, contact logging and purchase ordering to monitoring actual versus estimated costs.
We are able to respond faster to client requests, job changes and critical information, both in the development of work and also in how changes will affect end deadlines and costs. We are able to log communication and actions from both clients and staff more effectively, which means that everyone in Purple Frog knows the status of all client activity and live projects and we are able to create client status reports on demand.
We are now developing stage 2 of our project management system. This will enable clients to see the development of their work live via our website. We look forward to launching this in the near future.
Our clients are already noticing the difference in speed of response, accuracy of information, overall workflow and cost efficiencies. We are able to spend less time on administration and more on our core business – providing creative, value adding and effective communication for our clients.
